60% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay from 40 year old vines farmed without any chemicals. 24 months on lees and 5.5g dosage to amplify the red fruits which are beautifully evident on the nose. The palate is super pure and bright with great minerality.
Smoked salmon and warm seafood entrees are a great match, as is quail.

Founded in 1964 by Michel and Marie-Claude Jeaunaux, this property is now run by their son Clémence. Situated in the village of Talus Saint Prix, Champagne Jeaunaux-Robin now own five hectares planted to around 74% pinot meunier, 23% pinot noir and 3% chardonnay.
Jeaunaux-Robin is run on sustainable principles – no chemical fertilisers or insecticides are used. Since 2002 they have vinified some of their best cuvées in oak barrels made from oak originating in the Champagne region.
