Coeur Clémentine is a passion project born from the friendship of Steve Veytia, a native of California's Napa Valley, and Pierre Arosteguy, the fifth-generation owner of the oldest family-run épicerie in France, Maison Arosteguy in Biarritz. Drawn to the Côtes de Provence region's renowned terroir for rosé production, they founded Coeur Clémentine in 2005. Their vision was to create a rosé that would capture the essence of Provence, embodying its elegance, freshness, and Provençal charm.
Their vineyards are nestled in the heart of the Côtes de Provence, specifically in the Golden Triangle, a coveted area known for its exceptional chalky-clay soils and optimal sun exposure. This terroir, combined with their meticulous viticultural practices and traditional winemaking techniques, ensures that Coeur Clémentine Rosé is an authentic expression of Provence.
