Babo Prosecco DOC NV is the brainchild of an Australian expat and two Sicilian brothers, Justin Babb, Paul Saturno, and Luke Saturno. Guided by their passion for crafting elegant and pure wines, they source the finest quality Glera grapes from a young vineyard on the outskirts of Pordenone in the Friuli region of Italy. The vineyard's unique microclimate, characterized by well-drained, gravelly soil and ample sunshine, contributes to the exceptional quality of the grapes, ensuring a consistently exceptional Prosecco vintage after vintage.
