Talus-Saint-Prix, France

100% Pinot Meunier from 45 year old vines and all from the 2013 vintage. 30 months on lees and a short maceration provide tannins and lovely structure balanced by bright red fruits. Charcuterie, prawn risotto and semi-hard goats cheese would pair nicely.
