On the palate it shows vibrant ripe fruit and displays lingering spice flavours along with savoury tannins and lovely acidity, giving this wine good length for an everyday drinking Pinot Noir. Drink alongside a Vietnamese duck salad or a Middle Eastern style lamb burger.
