100% organically grown Chenin Blanc grown on limestone soils. Hand-picked and treated with the utmost respect so as to preserve the raciness and minerality, hence no malolactic fermentation but it does see extended lees contact. Lovely pear and apple on the nose, leading to zippy green apple, lemon and white peach on the palate.
The ultimate summer wine to be enjoyed with fresh Snapper and salad.

The estate takes its name from the Croix du Pas Saint Martin, a small stone building built on the edge of the wood. It was the Middle Ages, the last stop for the pilgrims of Saint Jacques de Compostela, before the arrival in the Marian city of Puy Notre Dame. The Charrier-Massoteau family cultivates their 16 hectares of vines, according to a mode of biological culture. This approach has been certified by Ecocert since 1997. "The desire that drives us throughout the year, is to produce authentic wines, digest, closer to nature; wines that speak to us."
