"Our beginnings as friends date back to La Rioja, where we met in 1998: Margarita Madrigal, Alexandra Schmedes and Gonzalo Rodríguez; Three winemakers, each with extensive oenological experience.

The beginnings of our own winery are located in Gonzalo's family winery in the town of Dosbarrios, located on the Ocaña Plateau not far from Toledo.

The respect for the wine tradition of this area made us create our winery here, basing our work on the philosophy of cultivating the native varieties: Cencibel, Garnacha, Malvar & Airén. In 2007 we opened our new winery in the town of Cabañas de Yepes, a few kilometers from Dosbarrios. It is here, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, where all the careful process of making our wines takes place.

In the old family winery of 1851 of La Plazuela, with its emblematic jars, we raised our La Plazuela wine."
